Scenario: Someone has a faulty computer part. They find my ad on ebay/amazon and decide to buy a replacement part exactly the same make/model. They then send back the faulty part disguising it as the part that I sold them and demand a refund.
Result: someone gets a free computer part and I am stolen from.

make sure they return it to your goods with goods that you send and make sure also that the label is not damaged or the goods have never dismantled.
and write well in your ad what provisions must be adhered to the buyer you can create such items to be exchanged must not be dismantled.
